Company Description

We’re easyfundraising, the largest charity website in the UK. We provide a free service to charities and good causes across the UK enabling them to raise money through internet shopping and have raised over £41 million!

Position

Due to our Customer Service team expanding we are looking to add a motivated and inquisitive Outbound Call Agent for a 6 month period to contact our ever-increasing cause base. The role will require you to offer help and support to easyfundrasing causes to make the most of their fundraising potential.


Responsibilities:


  • To call new and existing causes to support them on any help issues and to help them make the most of their fundraising potential.
  • Utilise effective listening and strong assessment skills to identify support needs and opportunities.
  • Present a positive image of easyfundraising.
  • Participate in all job-required training.

Requirements

  • Recent successful experience in a customer service, outbound calls, and telesales.
  • Experience working in hybrid working environment.
  • Must be able to use all job-related tools and systems, strong technical and online documentation skills. Ability to work with multiple computer systems.
  • Must possess excellent listening skills. Must have a “seek first to understand” approach.

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 dependent upon experience.
