You will play a key role in helping CZ’s most important clients reduce costs and carbon emissions by using the latest technologies and AI to help solve complex optimisation problems right across the supply chain. This includes warehouse allocation, optimal routing and manufacturing inputs (ingredients).

You will also support the role out of AI across the wider business.

Tasks & Responsibilities

·Understand client requirements to create solutions for supply chain optimisation problems using your skills in AI and machine learning where appropriate.

·Clearly communicate solutions to other team members and clients.

·Create bespoke data tools for clients.

·Use AI to enhance processes and drive value across the business.

·Ensure work is well documented and can be re-used.

·Offer support for more junior colleagues where required.

·To take responsibility for your performance and to work together to achieve our organizational goals.

·To attend training courses which are identified as being necessary for the performance of the role.

·To be fully conversant with the Employee Handbook and supporting policies, including Health & Safety legislation and fire and emergency procedures.

·To comply with any reasonable instruction issued by your manager.

We are looking for someone with the following skillset and attributes:

Essential:

·Business level fluency in English (both written and verbal)

·Comfortable using different programming languages such as Python, Spark and SQL.

·Relevant experience (2+ years) and genuine interest in supply chain consulting or optimisation problems.

·Comfortable using AI with a desire to make significant business impact using Artificial intelligence

·Self-starter with the ability to use initiative for problem solving

·Excellent organisation and time management skills

·Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

·Resourceful, innovative and proactive

·Personable with the ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels both internally and externally

Desirable:

·Ability to speak a second language

·Data storytelling experience using tools like Power BI, Tableau

·Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks
