Reporting to the Data Teams Leader, the Data Integration Specialist is responsible for the analysis, development and delivery of high quality Croesus environments according to established plans and schedules (AGILE).

Main responsibilities:

• Develop solutions to extract, process and transform large volumes of data;
• Develop plans and processes for implementing the selected solutions;
• Develop and validate scripts for data manipulation;
• Deploy and maintain environments throughout the project life cycle;
• Automate certain processes;
• Describe the architecture of the solution and document its development;
• Optimize and configure database servers;
• Propose performance test scenarios for client environments (application and databases);
• Promote continuous improvement by proposing new solutions and technologies;
• Assist other areas of the company with deployed solutions, data modeling and SQL queries;
• All other related tasks.

Academic background and experience:

• University degree in computer science;
• At least three years experience in databases (Sybase, MySQL or others).

Skills:

• Mastery of scripting languages such as SQL / Bash / Shell / Perl on Linux;
• Rigor and meticulousness;
• Problem solving skills;
• Bilingualism (French and English);
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
