The API specialist is responsible for the design, development, implementation and adaptation of APIs for Croesus solutions, particularly at the level of corporate partnerships. He also contributes and acts as an expert and reference in projects to transform Croesus products into microservices and macro-services.

• Contribute to the architecture and development of the APIs of Croesus products first in a framework of partnerships and connectivity with other solutions;
• Work jointly with the Product teams, in particular the architecture team and the security team;
• Work jointly and contribute directly to the Croesus product teams;
• Participate in the transformation of Croesus products into micro and macro-services according to the best “cloud-native” principles;
• Design and develop APIs according to best practices for securing and managing data, protocols and access management and token management;
• Develop the required unit tests;
• Design and contribute to API telemetry;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of API performance;
• Participate in the implementation and operational management of the Croesus API Gateway, as well as its evolution;
• Work in an AWS Cloud environment and on-site;
• Continuously improve automation processes;
• Document and map the solutions;
• Work in a DevOps team according to the Agile methodology;
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders;
• Perform other related duties.

• University degree in computer science or a related field
• Five years of experience in application and API development
• Design and development of APIs
• RESTful APIs
• Languages: C #, Javascript
• Development in micro and macro-services and "cloud-native"
• API Gateway
• Implementation and operational management of API Gateways
• Evolution and improvement of the API Gateway
• Security and data management
• Protocols and access management
• Availability and performance
• Log management (Grafana Loki, ELK, Graylog or Splunk)
• Telemetry (Grafana Cloud, Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB)
• Operation in a Cloud Environment (AWS)
• Source management and automation (Git, GitHub, Jenkins)
• Jira, Confluence, LucidChart collaboration tools
• Problem solving and optimization skills
• Written and oral communication skills
• Bilingualism (French and English)
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and rigor in a production environment
