Reporting to the Client Relationship Team Leader, we are currently seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our Sales team. The Senior Relationship Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with key strategic clients and will sell Croesus products and services to the existing customer base.
Responsibilities:
Client and activity management:
- Operate as the primary contact for all matters specific to the client.
- Master and promote Croesus products, services, and processes.
- Work with the Sales and other professional services teams concerning any new products and service implementations.
- Regularly provide clear status reports to the Croesus management team and the client regarding business, service and support activities, product planning, etc.
- Build, maintain, and expand a network of clients to generate business sales.
- Facilitate contract execution.
- Measure clients’ satisfaction level and proactively collaborate with Croesus departments to ensure and improve overall satisfaction.
- Suggest opportunities for marketing activities, such as seminars, user group sessions.
Generate additional revenue from existing customer base:
- Lead the Croesus product selling process to existing clients.
- Identify potential business opportunities to both new and existing lines of business.
- Channel business opportunities to Croesus products, sales and services teams.
- Work with the business development team to close new sales.
- Enter and update all sales related opportunities, activities, and sales orders (for invoicing) in the company CRM application.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals to clients.
- Collaborate in preparing request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) responses, and/or any other request proposals.
- Participate in client and industry events.
