We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to join our team!

The SM plays an essential role in facilitating and shaping our agile management method to keep our teams engaged, mobilized and performing. He/she ensures that the team is protected from external influences or distractions by helping to stay focused on the goals.

Your day-to-day:

• Plan ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, daily scrum, retrospective and demo) based on the team's needs
• Help the team to eliminate obstacles that could slow them down or prevent them from reaching their goals
• Collaborate with the PO/product owner (technical and business) to define the priorities of the sprint and the delivery of the stories
• Ensure that an optimal operating mode is established during team meetings
• Accompany the team in the estimation and breakdown of tasks
• Promote continuous improvement methods, coach and advise the team on Agile practices
• Promote transparency on the status of work inside and outside the team, as well as making visible the benefits delivered
• Ensures that there is a definition of done for the product and that the specifics are reflected in it
• Promote the autonomy of the team towards a target of self-organization
• Create a trusting and open environment where issues can be raised without fear of being blamed, judged or penalized, and which promotes remediation and problem solving

• Recognized Scrum Master certification Experience in agile product development +++ as a dedicated Scrum Master
• Ability to manage time and priorities
• Very good communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Ability to motivate teams
• Ability to work in a demanding and constantly changing environment
• Ability to structure and guide multidisciplinary and multi-level stakeholder meetings
• Ability to bring the team to consensus
• Ability to synthesize and adapt his/her speech according to the audience.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Bilingualism (French-English)
