Position

At Croesus, within our AGILE teams, our product manager-technical side works in concert with the product manager-business side (BPO).

The daily activities :

  • Define, prioritize and point out the stories of the teams (2 to 3) through the multiple projects
  • Collaborate with the various stakeholders in the organization

Mission:

Maximize each other's strengths in order to deliver the best products to our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritizes the backlog together with the Business Product Manager (BPO);
  • Guide sprint planning and refinement meetings;
  • Ensures the technical alignment of the product while respecting the business alignment of the product;
  • Ensures the participation of employees in a timely manner;
  • Responsible for the allocation of points following sprints (validation of the done);
  • Guardian of good practices;
  • Ensures the transfer of information and knowledge to employees;
  • Plan the sprints in partnership with the BPO with the objective of having 2 scoring sprints in advance;
  • All other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Mastery of the concepts of agility;
  • Excellent technical analysis skills;
  • Rigor;
  • Recognized sense of organization;
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into functionalities / acceptance criteria for teams;
  • Skilled communicator both orally and in writing:
  • Power of persuasion;
  • Technical curiosity in order to monitor the best market trends and the skills desired for his team;
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
