Position

Work closely with the Customer Relationship Manager & Product Leaders to establish a communication modus operandi between them (Format, frequency), to ensure the flow of information on both sides to maintain and ensure a common message.

  • Act as a project manager for our external and internal clients;
  • Collaborate with the sales, customer relations and other professional services teams to manage the implementation process of client projects;
  • Plan with the teams the project plan (scope), budgets and project timelines;
  • Coordinate and follow up on activities contained in the project plans and established timelines in order to have a "Ready" project/product;
  • Manage the risk plan;
  • Communicate project plans to Croesus stakeholders and clients;
  • Write weekly reports and progress statements and communicate them to the people who will be determined according to the project;
  • Participate in steering committees with clients;
  • Anticipate, identify and track down the source of any unresolved problems;
  • Proceed with the implementation of projects (test cycles and production start-up).
  • Plan with the customer the planning of projects over a period of 12-18 months taking into account the product roadmap, and this on a regular basis (invite the account manager if necessary).

Requirements

Academic background and experience

  • University degree in a relevant field;
  • Five years of experience in project management of software solutions;
  • Knowledge of the financial sector (asset).

Skills

  • Ability to work in a team and act as a leader/servant in Agile mode with the internal project owner;
  • Ability to work in a highly technological environment;
  • Expertise in analysis and problem solving;
  • Have a sense of leadership and ownership;
  • Basic knowledge of database concepts;
  • Bilingualism (French and English);
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Development and project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban);
  • Course on securities trading (CSC) (asset);
  • PMP certification (asset).
