Position

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by supporting and selling Croesus solutions.

Main responsibilities

Manage strategic client activities and relationships:

  • Act as the primary contact for all client-related activities;
  • Know and sell Croesus’s industry leading solutions and services;
  • Expand (cross-sell/up-sell) and retain revenue streams with existing clients;
  • Collaborate with the internal Croesus teams to evaluate new client opportunities;
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate business proposals;
  • Facilitate contract fulfillment and renewals;
  • Evaluate client satisfaction levels and actively collaborate with Croesus departments to ensure and improve overall satisfaction levels;
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive technology/solutions and potential new product and solution opportunities for Croesus;
  • Suggest and participate in promotional activities, conferences, customer- or industry-related events, and user group sessions;
  • Development and execution of strategic sales plans.

Immediate supervisor

Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships

Communications

Internal: Sales team, professional services, client service center, project managers, and business analysts.

External: Clients

Requirements

Education and experience

  • University degree in a relevant field;
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in or supporting the Wealth and Asset Management Industry;
  • Minimum of five years of experience in customer relationship management.

Skills

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude that is focused on success;
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions;
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Bilingualism an asset (English and French);
