Croesus is currently looking for a project manager to join his Laval team. Croesus is a leading Canadian financial technology company. She specializes in software development for the management of financial and banking portfolios.

Reporting to the project office director, the project manager is involved in managing client projects and internal projects in an agile environment. The manager works closely with other teams in the company to deliver a high quality product on time.

• Act as a project manager for our external and internal clients;
• Collaborate with sales, customer relations and other professional services teams to manage the client project implementation process;
• Participate in agile ceremonies
• Plan with the teams the project plan (Scope), budgets and project schedules;
• Coordinate and track activities contained in project plans and timelines in order to have a "Ready" project / product;
• Manage the risk plan;
• Communicate project plans to Croesus stakeholders and clients;
• Weekly write reports and progress reports and communicate them to the people who will be determined according to the project;
• Participate in steering committees with clients;
• Predict, identify and trace back to the source of any unresolved problem;
• Proceed with the implementation of the projects (test cycles and start-up).
• Plan with the customer the planning of projects over a period of 12-18 months taking into account the product roadmap, and this on a regular basis
• Work closely with the account manager to establish communication adequacy.

• Mastery of agile concepts and project management (Agile, Kanban);
• Good team player;
• Ability to work in a highly technological environment
• Expertise in analysis and problem solving;
• Have a sense of leadership and responsibility;
• Basic knowledge of database concepts;
• Bilingualism (French and English);
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Securities Trading Course (CSC) (Asset);
• PMP certification (asset).
• Academic training and experience
• Have a university degree in a relevant field;
• Five years of project management experience in software solutions;
• Knowledge of the financial field (asset)
