Position

Within Agile teams, the BPL works to ensure that the performance of internal processes is continuously improved and that the quality of Croesus’s products is synonymous with user-friendliness, reliability, and robustness.

The main tasks of the BPL are as follows:

  • Validate the use and profitability of new functionalities, establish design strategies, and define priorities, in conjunction with the Technical Product Manager (TPL).
  • Prioritize deliverables according to the company’s strategy and refer to the production schedules of other departments (Project Management Office, Products, Development, and Quality Assurance).
  • Keep abreast of activities related to regulations, technological developments, and the marketing of new financial products.
  • Analyze and monitor the environment related to the optimization of technical and professional knowledge (seminars, conferences, etc.).
  • Support the sales team in initiatives related to the marketing of its products.
  • Support the sales team by actively participating in the relational component with our clients.
  • Maintain and preserve close relationships with our clients to gather their feedback, validate our projects, and present them with our 12-month roadmap.

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of financial markets, in particular, securities and wealth management.
  • Excellent understanding of the Croesus software development lifecycle

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Effective priority management
  • Strong social skills
  • Bilingualism (French and English), spoken and written; knowledge of a third language an asset.
