The Senior Relationship Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with key strategic clients and will sell Croesus products and services to the existing customer base.
Manage activities and customer relationships:
- Act as a key contact for all client-related questions;
- Represent Croesus with the client, and the client with Croesus;
- Develop an account development strategy and implement it;
- Know and promote Croesus products, services and procedures;
- Use your sales expertise to optimally respond to customer needs and identify business potential in new business lines with existing customers or for new products;
- Prepare, present and negotiate proposals;
- Create and manage a sales pipeline to ensure that targets are exceeded for designated accounts;
- Maintain and expand our network of contacts and allies with our clients, and strengthen client relationships through engagement and regular face-to-face meetings. Position ourselves at a strategic level with our clients' executive to influence their strategic plan and long-term vision;
- Responsible for the renewal and negotiation of contracts, with the support of the legal department, and to present the price grid;
- Evaluate the client satisfaction rate and actively collaborate with Croesus services to ensure and improve the level of overall satisfaction;
- Suggest and participate in promotional activities, conferences, customer events, industry events and user group sessions to generate market interest.
Governance and internal monitoring:
- Set up and ensure the organization of governance meetings with the executives of the client and Croesus;
- Communicate on a regular basis to the management team, customer requests, market trends and growth potential;
- Update the internal enterprise CRM (Netsuite) with all sales opportunities, activities, status, customer contacts and billing
- Document customer requests in our internal tracking system (Maestro);
- Collaborate in the preparation of Requests for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP), or any other request.
Diversification:
- Identify new target markets/geographies;
- Identify new product offerings/partnerships;
- Establish long-term recurring revenue generating strategic relationships with new partners/clients;
