Position

Our Employee Experience Coordinator is responsible for the administrative coordination arising from the life cycle of an employee with the Employee Experience (HR) team as well as customer service to visitors and employees of Croesus.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute all administrative activities related to the life cycle of an employee (recruitment, hiring, reception, integration, training, disability, benefits, departure, internal movements, etc.);
  • Ensure, if necessary, the drafting of job postings and simple internal communications;
  • Ensure the welcome and orientation of new employees;
  • Updating and monitoring of platforms for the management of employee files;
  • Ensure the follow-up of the internship process including subsidies and tax credit;
  • Participate in updating the various policies, procedures, processes and internal communication platform (intranet);
  • Write different types of human resources letters as needed;
  • Accounting and declaration of training activities;
  • Coordinate and ensure the sending of internal communications or various surveys to be sent to corporate aliases;
  • Coordination and monitoring of first aiders and first aid kit.

Wellness / Croesus Fun / Social Club / Donation Committee

  • Coordination and monitoring of the calendar of corporate wellness activities;
  • Quote request and search for activities and prizes / gifts;
  • Communication to employees for activities and events;
  • Monitoring of Wellness and Social Club budgets;
  • Management of orders and invoices;
  • Management and updating of tickets and draws, Canadiens, Rocket, Impact, Alouettes or others;
  • Coordination of Croesus en forme and the vaccination campaign;
  • Planned volunteer activities.

Reception

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate people;
  • Receive, organize and distribute mail and parcels internally;
  • Manage phone calls (infrequent);
  • Administer the agenda of corporate events;
  • Administratively assist the management team as needed;
  • Book hotels and airline tickets related to business travel;
  • Coordinate inventory, orders and purchases of office supplies and equipment including follow-up for approval (if necessary);
  • Management of Opus cards, approval for invoice, follow-up of requests and cancellations in the event of employee departure;
  • Monitoring billing, updating employee excess charges and signing the mobile phone agreement;
  • Order caterers and conference room cleaning;
  • Fill the coffee machine (in the absence of the manager);
  • Management of specials (birth, death, etc.);
  • All other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Dec in administration or relevant experience in a similar position 3-5 years experience

Skills

  • Bilingualism essential (French and English);
  • Writing skills in French and English;
  • Dynamic and cheerful personality;
  • Proactivity and tolerance to ambiguity and ability to adapt in a situation of change;
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness;
  • Demonstrate efficiency, a great sense of organization, diplomacy and discretion;
  • Proficiency in the Office suite and the Google suite.
