Position

We are looking for a professional instructional designer to design, develop and facilitate our learning and practice programs for both our user clients and our Croesussians.

Main responsibilities

  • Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design;
  • Act as a content expert for our clients (investment advisers, portfolio managers and assistants, system administrators) and our employees;
  • Participate in the analysis of customer needs;
  • Establish the knowledge level of professionals in order to adapt the training content;
  • Evaluate and prepare an adapted or personalized training course according to each client in collaboration with the training manager;
  • Present the new features of the portfolio management solution to existing clients;
  • Collaborate with sales teams and other professional services to manage the logistics of customer training;
  • Contribute to the development of webinars and multimedia training capsules;
  • Deliver training webinars, produce training capsules;
  • Promote and communicate training initiatives;
  • Available to travel (Canada - 20%);
  • All other related tasks.

Requirements

Education and experience

  • University degree in a relevant field;
  • Knowledge of the field of finance and investments;
  • Have taken the Securities Trading Course (CCVM) (asset).
  • Ability to transmit knowledge and know-how while maintaining the learner's commitment;
  • Experience in formal training (5 years);
  • Ability to write training content (instructional texts, audio and video scripts);
  • Ability to manage development projects;
  • Ability to work in a team and in a highly technological environment;
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new IT tools;
  • Knowledge of webinar-type distribution tools (Zoom, Join.me etc.);
  • Autonomy;
  • Management of priorities, rules and deadlines;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) (must).
