Act as a Croesus expert for clients (investment advisors, portfolio managers, and assistants);
Provide formal training to clients and employees;
Present the portfolio management solution’s latest features to existing clients;
Participate in the client needs analysis process;
Determine professionals’ level of knowledge in order to adapt training materials;
Assess and prepare an adapted or personalized training program for each client in collaboration with the training manager;
Collaborate with the sales team and other professional services personnel to manage client training logistics;
Contribute to webinar and multimedia training capsule development;
Deliver training webinars, conduct training capsules;
Promote and share training initiatives;
Be available to travel (Canada - 20%); and
Any other related tasks.
Education and experience
University degree in a relevant field;
Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) (asset); and
Formal training experience (5 years).
