Position

  • Act as a Croesus expert for clients (investment advisors, portfolio managers, and assistants);

  • Provide formal training to clients and employees;

  • Present the portfolio management solution’s latest features to existing clients;

  • Participate in the client needs analysis process;

  • Determine professionals’ level of knowledge in order to adapt training materials;

  • Assess and prepare an adapted or personalized training program for each client in collaboration with the training manager;

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other professional services personnel to manage client training logistics; 

  • Contribute to webinar and multimedia training capsule development;

  • Deliver training webinars, conduct training capsules;

  • Promote and share training initiatives;

  • Be available to travel (Canada - 20%); and

  • Any other related tasks.

Requirements

 

Education and experience

  • University degree in a relevant field;

  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) (asset); and

  • Formal training experience (5 years).

  • Knowledge in the field of finance and investing;

  • Androgogical knowledge and experience;

  • Ability to transmit knowledge and skills while maintaining learners’ commitment;

  • Ability to write training materials;

  • Ability to manage development projects;

  • Presentation skills;

  • Ability to validate technical and visual information;

  • Ability to work in a team setting in a high-tech environment;

  • Ability to learn to use and quickly adapt to new computer tools;

  • Knowledge of conferencing tools for webinars (Zoom, join.me, etc.);

  • Ability to demonstrate credibility and professionalism with clients;

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;

  • Good interpersonal skills;

  • Bilingualism (French and English);

  • Autonomy;

  • Compliance with instructions and deadlines; and

  • Attention to detail.
