Position

Would you like to join our dynamic and growing team? We are looking for an IT Business Solutions Advisor to fill a permanent position in our Information Technology team.

Reporting to the Product Manager of the STEEL team (Système Technique et évolution logiciel) and under the direction of the IT department, the advisor is responsible for the proper functioning and improvement of the company's management systems. The incumbent will work closely with other sectors such as project offices, product group, sales and marketing, development, quality assurance, etc.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Understand and master Croesus’ business requirements and processes;
  • Participate in cross-sectoral business needs analysis committees;
  • Manage and configure existing systems;
  • Analyze new features’ feasibility, occasionally with the help of solution providers;
  • Gather business requirements in order to evaluate, select and implement new information systems;
  • Provide proofs of concept;
  • Determine the steps and processes to implement adopted solutions and assess their efforts;
  • Validate and deploy developed solutions;
  • Document software architecture and development;
  • Offer optimization and improvement solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or information system management;
  • 2 to 4 years of business analysis experience.

Skills:

  • Ability to quickly master new software;
  • Ability to use multiple technologies;
  • Ability to respond quickly to problems in existing systems;
  • Excellent problem solving skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities;
  • Written and oral proficiency in English and in French;
  • Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.

Assets:

  • Experience in programming;
  • Analysis and programming experience with the following systems:
  1. Google Workspaces;
  2. Sharepoint;
  3. NetSuite;
  4. Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Manager);
  5. Any other relevant system.
