The Quality Assurance Analyst (specialized in performance testing) ensures that the developed functionalities respect the SLAs expressed by the customers. He also ensures that Croesus products (desktop, web and mobile applications and APIs) respect the industry norms and standards in terms of performance at all times.

• To achieve his mission, the analyst works closely with the teams of the different Croesus products.
• He/she plans quality assurance tasks by estimating the time required for them, by building manual and automated test scenarios, and by having an understanding of the back-end structures of the various projects.
• Design, develop and maintain performance testing frameworks.
• Develop performance test plans
• Activate and adjust performance test management in the CI
• Analyze results, compare with SLAs, benchmarks and provide tuning recommendations to improve end user experience for Croesus products
• Coordinate with development teams and Infra on problem resolution
• Maintain documentation of frameworks and automated performance testing.

• Need to understand & speak french;
• 3 years experience in software quality assurance;
• 2 years of experience in performance testing;
• Experience with test automation tools (TestComplete, RobotFrameWork, Jmeter, SOAP UI, Selenium WebDriver, Appium, ...);
• Knowledge of a performance testing tool (examples: Jmeter, artillery,...);
• Knowledge of test case management tools (such as Xray) and bug management tools (such as Jira);
• Mastery of a popular programming language (Python, Javascript);
• Know how to use a version management tool (Git, Github)
• Have seen a continuous integration mechanism in action (such as Jenkins)
• Good knowledge of AWS Cloud
• Good knowledge of SQL/MySQL (Asset);
• Good knowledge of REST WebServices, SOAP and XML format, JSON (Asset);
• Experience in an Agile, Scrum, DevOps context (Asset);
• Teamwork and communication skills;
• Good knowledge of English and French;
• Knowledge of the development process and continuous integration;
• Rigorous, innovative, curious and passionate about new technologies.
