We are currently looking for a application and data analyst, to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Service Center Team Leader, the analyst is responsible for answering questions and requests received to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize product utilization.

Responsibilities:

• Successful use of the software involves your interventions, mainly emails and phone

• Analyze, prioritize, investigate, and resolve issues related to the use of the portfolio management software.

• Ensure close follow-up with new customers during acceptance testing

• You participate in project committees for new clients and you see the integration of customer service into new projects

• Collaborate with other team advisors to share information

• You recommend any procedures necessary to improve services

• Bachelor of business administration

• Experience in a similar field

• Minimum of one year experience in a training position or support center

• Experience in customer service

• Skills in analysis and problem solving

• Bilingual, professional level of spoken and written French and English

• Ease of working with different software and IT tools

• Sense of organization and priorities

• Knowledge of financial markets and securities trading (CCVM) is an asset
