Position

Ensuring the financial success with accurate reporting


This newly created role is a crucial hire as we scale up and grow as an organisation. In this role you’ll be responsible for the management of revenue recognition for revenue streams, travel and expense process controls, to ensure that all procedures and processes are being correctly adhered too, as well as future expense forecasting. The role requires a high degree of accuracy ensuring quality financial information is provided and accurate accounting records are maintained in accordance with procedure and statutory obligations.

Requirements

Management Accountants at Conferma are responsible for:

· Maintaining the revenue recognition policy and schedule for all professional services revenue.

· Ownership of the T&E policy and systems - ensure full compliance to the policy, bringing any non-compliance to the attention of management.

· Tracking of all travel expenses within the business to reconcile against travel request forms.

· Work closely with the Commercial Finance team to produce in-month expense forecasts.

· Assist with foreign subsidiary ledger postings, including managing tax filing requirements in conjunction with third party tax advisors.


You have:

· Previous experience in an accounts role essential

· Preferably part qualified CIMA / ACCA or equivalent

· Microsoft Excel skills.

· Excellent stakeholder management skills

· Previous experience with Sage50 accounts would be an advantage.



You are:

  • Excellent communication skills and confident in dealing with all levels of employees.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise tasks.
  • Have discretion when dealing with sensitive data.
  • Great attention to detail.

Compensation:


Base Salary: Up to £42k DOE. May pay up to £45k for the right candidate

Bonus available – 10%

Salary and Bonus dependent on Location, experience and skills
