Overseeing and maintaining the IT Infrastructure estate at Conferma Pay

As an IT Infrastructure specialist, you will provide support across multiple datacentre platforms ranging from development environments to production environments. You will possess excellent troubleshooting skills and demonstrate the ability to make key technical decisions to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of all the platforms.

IT Infrastructure Engineers at Conferma Pay are responsible for:

• Responsible for providing technical support for all in scope services and servers in 3 different datacentres located across the UK.

• Work with cutting edge technology in the cloud computing space, such as GCP and Azure.

• Monitoring key platforms via the NMS (network monitoring system) and reporting off the back of it.

• Be an expert in networking and administration for all platforms in the Conferma eco systems.

You have:

• Experience of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).

• Experience of VMware, Cisco Firewalls, Azure AD, IIS management, Load balancers,

WAF, Cloudflare.

• Experience of migrating from a private cloud to public cloud environment.

• Overall 3+ years experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.

• A valid networking qualification / Azure qualification would be advantageous
