Over the past 18 years Conferma has digitised the corporate hotel payment workflows by leveraging virtual cards and curating an ecosystem of +80 Card Issuers, +400 Travel Management Companies and +150 Booking Platforms.
Conferma has an opportunity to evolve non-travel B2B payment processes to benefit from optimised payment workflows. We need to establish Conferma as the go-to gateway for Card Issuers to easily proliferate and embed virtual cards into procurement workflows, whether via our proprietary technology or through our new embedded B2B ecosystem.
The B2B Product and Partnerships Manager leads the B2B product strategy, by identifying customer needs, driving roadmap requirements, planning the go-to-market, and co-ordinating product marketing. Importantly, the role will identify commercial partnerships to expand our B2B ecosystem to drive growth.
B2B Product and Partnerships Manager at Conferma is responsible for:
Responsibilities:
·Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities with issuers, schemes, financial institutions, payment processors, and technology providers.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define partnership requirements, objectives, and product roadmap.
·Follow up and understand platform & service provider partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and product strategy.
·Drive the integration of partner solutions into our platform, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
·Utilize expertise in cross-border payments, ACH, virtual card payments, and online payments.
·Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including market research, requirements gathering, customer discovery and feature prioritization.
·Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify product opportunities and threats.
·Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners.
·Drive product adoption and success through effective go-to-market strategies and supporting customer engagement.
You have:
·Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
·Proven track record of success in product management, partnerships within the B2B payments industry.
·Deep understanding of the B2B payments ecosystem, including payment networks, platforms, technologies, and regulatory landscape.
·Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
·Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management methodologies.
·Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
Base Salary: Competitive Salary
Bonus available: 10% (Performance Related)
