Puesto

The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the annual brand plan across Europe, working closely with the central brand team and local markets to drive distribution, activation and performance in market.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the brand team to launch and grow the Ueshima brand across Europe, building momentum in existing markets and launching into new markets.

• Support the delivery of the brand plan in existing markets, with a focus on the UK

• Support the preparation and planning for new market roll outs

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the brand custodian for Ueshima across the retail and foodservice channel, ensuring the brand is adhering to brand guidelines

• Support the delivery of the annual marketing plans, liaising with agencies and working closely with the communications team

• Act as the ‘on point’ for the foodservice channel, developing and managing the suite of point of sale, supporting new customer roll outs and managing the inventory

• Manage the in-store retail activation plans including media bookings, creative development, and execution, with support from the Senior Brand Manager

• Support the development of the brand portfolio and NPD pipeline, working cross functionally to lead the delivery of product changes and design amends

• Work closely with the e-commerce team to bring new products and merchandise to market through our direct-to-consumer channel

• Analyse the market, competitor activity and brand performance regularly, proactively identifying opportunities, risks and trends which are communicated and optimised to the team

• Responsible for coordinating and delivering the events and partnership programmes, with out of hours support occasionally required

• Work closely with the wider European markets to support local activations

• Responsible for coordinating and managing customer sample requests

• Be the point of contact for our customer services team and digital agencies for day-today enquiries

Key Skills Knowledge & Experience

• A passion for coffee

• Experience in brand/product marketing within an FMCG or B2B company preferred

• Proven ability to lead a cross functional project team

• Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams

• An understanding of brand management
