JOB BRIEF :

Lead, plan, coordinate, control and assure successful industrial engineering projects execution multisite

RESPONSABILITIES :

• Definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and prepare the technical specifications

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution

• Coordinating with quality, R&D, maintenance, production team members to make sure that all the parties are on track with projects requirements, deadlines, and schedules

• Ensure that all activities/projects are delivered on-time, within scope (and within Budget)
• Track the KAIZEN activities and work to assure continuous improvement with all departments

• Meeting with European team’s members and local Factories’ teams to identify and resolve issues

• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis assuring CAPEX available

• Prepare and track the CEA (Capex Expenditure Approval) process flow with the Factories collecting everything will be necessary for submitting the documents to approval

• Track the KAIZEN activities and work to assure continuous improvement with all departments

• Mechanical, electronics & automatizations or Industrial engineering
• Project Management experience is a plus
• English medium/high level write and speak
• Ability to use initiative and make decisions under pressure
• Continuous improvement methods knowledge (Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, KAIZEN, and others)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & AUTOCAD
