This role is to lead the ownership, accountability and the ability to reduce inventories based on the analysis of requirements, current processes, objectives and data, gathered from engaging with business stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

· Optimize the inventory levels and warehousing expenses

· Achieve inventory goals

· Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in Warehousing & Inventory on UCCE

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinating the inventory management in UCCE

· Ensures European strategy and objectives are implemented at local level

· Collaboration with other OpCos and involved departments

· Analysing and tracking KPIs and data, providing periodic report to the business regarding Warehousing and inventory levels

· Guarantee the service and logistic requeriments

· Ensure the correct data into the informatic system to obtain the KPIs figures

· Supervise and develop best practices related with inventories

· Stablish efficient communication channels across the different business levels

· Defining and implementing improvement steps to fulfil UCCE objectives: procurement budget, working capital, service fulfilment, inventory levels…

· Align inventory budget for UCCE with the financial department, track it and take the corresponding actions to meet it

Key Skills Knowledge & Experience

· 5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations with continuous improvement experience

· Stakeholder management/collaboration skills

· Experience with international environment and methods

· Strong project development control/tracking skills

· Open mind to collect and evaluate external/internal proposals and requirements to integrate into company procedures

· Strong informatic skills on Microsoft Office and ERP (especially valuable any experience with Dynamics 365’s, Excel, Power BI).

· Data management for KPI definition - tracking and evaluation

· Teams leadership experience

· Quality and industrial environment experience (desirable on food industry)
