Puesto

Purpose

Ownership for the delivery of a group ERP implementation, involving multiple European cross functional transformational projects. You will be driver behind keeping our projects on track and will provide direction and vision for the business, ensuring stakeholder engagement and leading the change process to help create a pan European operation that delivers sustainable future growth.

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for the actual delivery of the UCC project milestones to the agreed criteria within the functional and technical specifications, and to the agreed timescales and quality
• Supporting Business Change Activities across Opcos
• Supporting the decision making process for specific workstreams
• Developing and supporting the embedding of Programme- and Project Management best practices

Key Responsibilities

Provide first class project management support to the European leadership team in the planning and execution of a group of transformational change projects.
• Tracking and reporting progress to all stakeholders including where relevant, senior management, lead consultants, Heads of IT and Finance and the Programme Manager and Programme Sponsor.
• Ensure that workstreams at all levels are appropriately resourced and managed to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects and share best practice across the regions.
• Present complex information in simple, engaging ways, to quickly build effective working relationships with stakeholders to build consensus and senior sponsorship for projects.
• Managing the delivery of complex workstreams through the full project lifecycle, managing risk, issues and the project schedule to meet customers ‘expectations.
• Building strong and effective working relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and delivery project team.
• Owner of project management logs and operational trackers across workstreams
• Supporting Acceptance into Service workstreams where required and ensuring and smooth handover to Managed Service Delivery
• Facilitation of sessions / meetings held in UCC offices - logistics, room bookings etc.. Also applies to remote sessions.

Key Skills Knowledge & Experience

Experience delivering cross border and cross functional business projects in a European environment that is experiencing a lot of change – candidates will have numerous real life examples of this to share at interview stage.
• Experience of end to end ERP implementation (MS Dynamics - F&O; CE and FS desirable).
• Proven Project Manager with the ability to influence operational stakeholders both locally, cross border and remotely.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with solid experience of leading projects and multicultural teams.
• Practical and versatile project manager with the ability to manage large and diverse workloads with complex partnerships.
• Ability to design artefacts and manage change control processes.
• The Project Manager will have the ability to make recommendations on improvements and implement improvements
• Knowledge and experience in various project management methodologies and frameworks
• Experience in Data Governance and Information Security within project remits
