UCCE are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team. The main aspects of the role involve working closely with our team to analyse and define requirements. Proven experience with business information systems integration or custom business application design and development is critical to this role.

Job Purpose

This is a permanent, Business/System Analyst post, demanding ownership, accountability and the ability to derive solutions to business problems based on the analysis of requirements and current processes, gathered from engaging with business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, analysis and communication skills, and proven experience of delivering successful projects based on the D365 platform.

Key Responsibilities

Core areas include:

• Functional business analysis/requirements gathering
• Business process mapping and system design
• Identify areas for business change management
• Functional specification development
• Liaising with 3rd party supplier to articulate requirements and proposed solutions
• User Acceptance Testing support and training
• Go Live support and business process improvements
• Reporting, taking guidance and collaborating with the UCCE PMO.

In addition, the role will involve

• Working with UCCE OpCo teams to analyse, define and specify requirements.
• The production of high-quality documentation for assigned projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Educational Background

• Degree, preferably in an IT or business related subject, or equivalent relevant experience
• Business Analysis and other certifications within Dynamics are desirable
• Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2 , Scrum and others are desirable

Knowledge & Skills

• Fluent in Spanish & English.
• An accomplished Business/Systems Analyst
• Experience of designing effective business solutions based on D365 platform
• Ability to create detailed requirements and design documents
• Highly competent in the preparation of business communications, including specifications, emails, quotations, proposals and reports

Personality & Behaviours

• Some European travel – Switzerland, Germany , UK & Netherlands.
• Candidate will have clean driving licence
