Position

Outbound Sales Agent

£23,144.55 Per Year + Uncapped Commission

Worthing, West Sussex – Hybrid (1 day per week in the head office)

Full time - Permanent

As one of our Outbound Agents you’ll be playing a pivotal role in making this goal a reality, spending your time contacting our existing customers to offer them the opportunity of using our services again. It’ll be part of your role to book them in for future health assessments, get to the route of what their needs/goals are, and make valid recommendations to them on what you think would help from our extensive list of packages and promotions.

The hours and working pattern


  • Hybrid - 1 day per week in the head office in Worthing
  • 37.5 hours per week, as per allocated rota
  • Operational Days – Monday to Saturday
  • Operating hours (08:00 – 20:00)

Whilst we’d love you to have prior sales experience, what we’re looking for most is someone who strives for success with a real passion for people. You’ll be able to provide exceptional customer service to our valued customer base and be part of their journey towards gaining health confidence.
