We currently assess around 80,000 customers in over 2000 pop up clinics across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Bluecrest can assess for a range of different factors including heart disease, ECG, diabetes, cholesterol, vital organ functions as well as some cancers.

Position

Governance Executive

Part time, 19 hours per week

£11,658.40 per year + various company benefits

Worthing, West Sussex – Hybrid

Main Purpose of the role


Working with the Governance Lead, you will support the ongoing development of the company’s governance and assurance frameworks; ensuring it meets both standards of good governance set for the services delivered.


Job Definition


  • Supporting with contracts (client and supplier) reading, summarising, checking changes, updating etc, using documents via docusign
  • ISO 9001 support – learning the standard, helping with auditing and updating compliance records, action for minor-moderate non-conformance
  • Policy Support – updating and re-drafting policy, maintaining policy records
  • Ad hoc research – on particular queries as deemed appropriate (eg. Best practice recommendations, changes to points of law)
  • Minuting regular department meetings
  • Ad hoc projects – Eg. Corporate contract review, 27001 implementation support
  • Ad hov tasks as deemed appropriate by the business




The Hours


  • Part time – 19 hours per week
  • Hybrid – minimum 1-day per week in the Worthing office, 2-days per week from home
  • Permanent
  • Contracted days: Monday to Wednesday
  • 9am – 5pm (with half an hour’s lunch break) 7.5 hours per day

Requirements

Key skills


  • Must have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Must have experience reading and reviewing client services and contracts and providing feedback
  • Must be able to work to own initiative without constant guidance
  • Personal Integrity and pride in work
  • Relevant Qualifications in Governance would be desirable – but is not essential
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Analytical and results driven
