Corporate Marketing Executive

Worthing, West Sussex

Full time – Hybrid

Up to £25,000 per year


We are looking for an enthusiastic and switched-on Marketing Executive to join our marketing team.


Our mission is to help our customers live healthier for longer through personal health monitoring and we're looking for a proactive self-starter to help us on this journey.


We're a high-performing and friendly team so this role would suit a good multi-tasker who is passionate about making a difference. Your contributions will play a key role in inspiring our customers to make healthy lifestyle changes and become more informed about their health

You'll work closely with our marketing colleagues Kev, Mel, Amy, Daisy, Lois, Mike and Craig to support campaigns and manage key processes to ensure successful delivery.

Main Purpose of Role..


To support with the delivery of marketing plans and campaigns with the objective of achieving the strategic growth targets of the business.


To achieve this, you will be..


  • Taking part in Campaign planning, delivery, analysis and reporting, data management, content creation, digital marketing and design and copywriting.
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of email and SMS marketing campaigns including campaign code management, tracking and reporting
  • Managing and cleaning data in line with regulations including GDPR and PECR
  • Creating and managing email content with A/B testing to optimise open and conversion rates.
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of digital and social campaigns.
  • Assisting with the copy and content of the website and creation of new webpages
  • Assisting with the management of PPC and SEO campaigns.
  • Assisting with the design and content of compliant corporate material for client development, onboarding, growth and retention to support account management and growth
  • Supporting with market research and competitor analysis
  • Assisting with content creation for social campaigns, intermediary, partner and client engagement.
  • Assisting with the setup and development of intermediary deals and creation of bespoke marketing material
  • Working with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, marketing agencies and partner organisations.
  • Assisting with the evaluation of marketing campaigns and creation and delivery of marketing reports to support planning and improvements

  • Willingness to learn and keep up to date with new marketing skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A business or Marketing/ IDM or CIM qualification is preferred.
