We currently assess around 80,000 customers in over 2000 pop up clinics across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Bluecrest can assess for a range of different factors including heart disease, ECG, diabetes, cholesterol, vital organ functions as well as some cancers.

Position

Corporate Health Assessment Specialist

£17,500 per annum

Monthly London Travelcard (Tube & Bus) + Various Company Benefits

3 day working week (Monday – Saturday)

What is the purpose of the role?

As a Health Assessment Specialist within our Corporate division within Field Operations you will deliver exceptionally high-quality health assessments at our customers offices. The role focuses on clinical accuracy, quality, customer service.


What you’ll be doing


• Arrive at our customers offices and set your kit up along with marketing branding ready

for the assessment day ahead.

• Communicate with head office regarding any problems.

• Undertake a variety of customer service tasks including; greeting customers, dealing with

customer complaints or queries and any other tasks that may arise.

• Deliver high quality customer service at all times; engage and make our customers feel at

ease and confident about choosing to have a Bluecrest Health Assessment.

• Deliver Health Assessments including; Capillary Blood testing including Glucose &

Cholesterol, Fitness Assessment tests and Blood Pressure in a timely manor.

• Look after the medical devices, ensure that all the correct procedures are used to handle

them.

• Ensure at the end of each day you are checking your stock and placing orders for more in

good time and cleaning your clinic ready for the next day. It’s imperative that you never run

out of stock.

• Attend all training as required and keep up to date with clinical and phlebotomy skills and

knowledge.

Requirements

What’s required


• Driving License

• Clear DBS

• Computer literate

• Ability to work Mon-Sat on a rota-basis

• Ability to work independently and to use own initiative

• Exceptional customerservice skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Interest in health & wellbeing
