Position

Bloom Procurement Services is currently recruiting a Personal Assistant (PA) and Office Coordinator to provide business support to members of the Executive Team to ensure the highest level of quality support and successful delivery of priorities and projects. The Team Assistant will also be responsible for office coordination, including health and safety, building maintenance, as well as other activities across the wider business.

About the role…

Reporting to the Chief of Staff some accountabilities of the Personal Assistant (PA) and Office Coordinator include:

  • Proactively managing and coordinating activity on behalf of the Executive Team
  • Joining key business meetings, recording minutes, actions, and accountabilities
  • Writing presentations and other communications as required
  • Providing support in the organisation of meetings, conferences and events as required
  • Management of own inbox and monitor board member inbox as required

About you…

To be considered for the position of Personal Assistant (PA) and Office Coordinator we are looking for candidates to be able to demonstrate the following skill set and qualities:

  • Must have previous experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Previous experience of office management or coordination
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Experience of building and maintaining relationships with colleagues
  • Experience of working towards and delivering against deadlines
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced organisation
