Salary - £21,630, £23,690 after 6-months, £25,750 after 12 months + potential 10% bonus

We have an opportunity for a Sourcing Specialist to join our rapidly growing business based in the North-East, making it a great time for you to join the family. The Sourcing Specialist will be working in a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment, every day is different as you deal with a wide range of projects and customers. As the Sourcing Specialist some of your accountabilities will include:

• Input and check customer requirements in developing a specification
• Identify and recommend suitable suppliers for projects
• Project management of customer projects
• Work together with the other customer facing teams
• Ensure that we meet our Social Value 3rd sector first approach

About you…

We are looking for self-starters who can demonstrate the following experience:

• In a customer facing role (can be any kind e.g. retail, contact centre, hospitality)
• Strong administration skills
• Ability to work well within processes
• Being supportive of others
