We have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our Client Solutions team in a highly rewarding role, where you’re supporting public sector customers deliver impactful projects for society.

The Sales Executive plays an intrinsic role in the identification and management of new business opportunities with both existing and new clients (buyers and suppliers).

The core objective is to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outbound activity (calls, emails and social channels), whilst owning and managing the incoming lead process for the Client Solutions, Client Engagement and Central Government and Blue Light teams.

Once qualified, using a robust sales qualification process, the Sales Executive will make meeting appointments with the appropriate team member to progress and then close.

Working as part of a high energy and social team, where no two days are the same, where every idea is listened to, the Sales Executive's main accountabilities include:

  • Proactive outbound activity to generate new business leads for the Growth Team
  • Using tools available (platforms such as Tussell and social media) to proactively seek out prospective clients to promote Bloom’s service offering, generate interest and awareness, and to successfully secure introductory meetings for the Growth Team
  • Follow up, manage, convert, and track all inbound leads to secure qualified appointments for the Growth Team
  • Engage with lapsed clients to reintroduce and reconvert them to use Bloom’s solution
  • Nurture and progress owned opportunities


If you’re interested in the Sales Executive role, we are looking for you to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience working in either call centre or telephone sales environment
  • A positive attitude with a strong calling to generate new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a targeted environment
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with others.
