• Starting salary £20,850 then up to £21,630 after 6 months plus potential 10% bonus

We want to continue with the successful delivery and support of these projects, we are therefore looking to recruit a Project Delivery Assistant to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Project Delivery Team Leader, some accountabilities of the Project Delivery Assistant include: Organising, holding, and running project kick off meetings with project stakeholders Proactive risk management of projects with a focus on schedule, costs, and quality Working with our commercial management team to address and resolve project issues that arise post contract.

Relationship management and stakeholder engagement with supplier stakeholders Supporting the monthly service delivery revenue process and activities Ensuring project outcomes are delivered to agree milestones and fees, payment adherence to agreed payment processes and payment requests are accurate.

About you…

To be considered for the position of Project Delivery Assistant we are looking for candidates to be able to demonstrate the following skill set and qualities:

• Demonstrable experience of excellent planning and organising skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrable experience working in a customer facing role
• Demonstrable experience of effective communication skills – oral and written Relationship building skills -
• Demonstrable experience of the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
• Demonstrable experience of being customer focussed
• Demonstrable attention to detail skills
• Demonstrable experience of computing skills including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Customer Service
• Call centre experience highly desirable
