Company Description

  • Starting salary £21,500 plus potential 10% bonus (salary is based on performance related pay)
  • Monday to Friday, flexible working Hybrid working - Gateshead based, currently working 1 day per week.
  • 25 days holiday p.a. plus bank holidays and you can also buy up to 5 days, paid back over 12 months (Pro-rata), when you reach 2 years’ service this will rise to 26 days, then 1 day with each year of service up to 5 years

So far, we have helped our public sector clients deliver a range of projects including initiatives that tackle challenges such as child obesity, homelessness, and county lines drug-trafficking. We want to continue with the successful delivery and support of these projects, we are therefore looking to recruit a Project Assistant (known as Project Delivery Assistant) to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Project Delivery Team Leader, some accountabilities of the Project Assistant include:


  • Organising, holding, and running project kick off meetings with project stakeholders.
  • Proactive risk management of projects with a focus on schedule, costs, and quality.
  • Working with our procurement business team to address and resolve project issues that arise post contract.
  • Relationship management and stakeholder engagement with supplier stakeholders
  • Supporting the monthly service delivery revenue process and activities.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Project Assistant we are looking for candidates to be able to demonstrate the following skill set and qualities:


  • Excellent planning and organising skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a customer facing role.
  • Effective communication skills – oral and written Relationship building skills.-
  • Experience of the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Call centre experience highly desirable
