Position

We’re Bloom Procurement Services and we’re recruiting a Supplier Relationship Manager to join our growing Strategic Partnership team and business. We’re looking for a self-starting strong finisher, with exceptional interpersonal skills to support in the delivery of the supplier engagement strategy and plan. Starting with a blank canvas, this is a new role and it is an amazing chance for the role holder to enhance their strategic skills, play a fundamental part of building the Strategic Partnership team, and be a part of a commitment culture dedicated to helping everyone thrive.

About the role…

Working with the Strategic Partner Director, as the Supplier Relationship Manager some of your accountabilities will include:

  • Proactive engagement with new and existing suppliers on the Bloom value proposition
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans for identified strategic supplier partners
  • Work across the Growth and Operations teams to provide insight into supplier capability
  • Supporting the enablement of supplier partners in their engagement with clients on the benefits of using Bloom as a route to market
  • Coordinate introductions across the Bloom business with appropriate stakeholders to deliver on business development and marketing activities

About you…

To be considered for the role of Supplier Relationship Manager we are looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in strategic procurement roles (with specific experience in procurement strategy development & execution, supplier relationship management)
  • Your ability to engage and build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
  • The Ability to make sound decisions based on logic and data
  • Previous experience of developing and executing account plans and strategies
  • The ability to successfully complete projects and plans within a defined time frame
