Remote, up to £30k + commission

We have a lucrative earning opportunity for an ambitious New Business Sales Executive to join our high performing growth team. As a New Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for pro-actively generating new business customer sales opportunities within the Blue Light marketplace and tail end customers within Central Government. The role holder will play a vital role in driving growth for the company, achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the business, and show a passion for sales and hunger to unearth new opportunities.

Some of your accountabilities as the New Business Sales Executive will include:

•Developing and implementing sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.

•Identifying new business opportunities and leads through outbound activity including calling; emails; & social channels.

•Building and maintaining relationships with new clients through management of inbound leads and appointment setting for new business sales team, following up, managing, converting, and tracking all inbound leads to secure qualified appointments for the Central Government & Blue Light Sales Team

•Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and respond to client requests for proposals (RFP’s).

•Attending industry events and conference to build a network of contacts.


To be considered for the role of New Business Client Executive:

  • A tenacious and positive attitude with a strong desire to generate new business opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to influence and persuade others effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage, and work collaboratively at all levels and establish credibility with peers and senior leaders.
  • Willingness to develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of Bloom’s service offering and target markets.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a target sales environment.
