Position

About the role:

We have an opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic and autonomous Marketing Executive who has proven experience of using their campaign management and marketing skills to ensure a maximum Return On Investment. Bloom is growing rapidly and has an ambitious vision, and we are looking for a marketing professional who can develop and roll out integrated campaigns that optimise our digital channels to drive both the acquisition and retention of customers.

Initially reporting to the Chief Development Officer, as the Marketing Executive, you will develop our digital channels to build brand awareness, positioning us as a Thought Leader in the industry. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, developing content in conjunction with our Communications Executive and our supplier networks.
  • Implement the targeted content plan for allocated sectors that gives the target audiences a reason to engage continually with the Bloom brand and business.
  • Execute and manage campaigns via all channels, including social media, monitoring and measuring engagement
  • Allocate and report on the follow up of leads through to conversion to project requirements
  • Focus on continuous improvement by reporting on success and taking learnings forward into future campaigns

Requirements

About you…

To be considered for the role of Marketing Executive, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of running CRM marketing campaigns
  • Behaviours and an attitude that is in line with our company values and the ways in which you strive to deliver an outstanding customer experience continuously.
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Experience of creating, executing, and managing multi channel marketing campaigns, utilising data and insight to plan engaging content
  • Experience of working with 3rd parties (suppliers) to plan and create content
  • Management of social media including LinkedIn and Twitter
  • The ability to clearly analyse and present campaign results and learnings
  • Professional qualifications in marketing, business, or equivalent as well as a strong track record of delivery.
