Bloom Procurement Services is currently recruiting a Customer Experience Officer to work closely with our client facing teams and customers to ensure they receive excellent customer service and support through the Bloom customer journey. Our customers are public sector organisations e.g., Met Police, DBS, various NHS bodies, local councils and more, therefore you have a real opportunity to make an impact through the work that you do.

About the role…

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager some accountabilities of the Customer Experience Officer include the following:

• Facilitation of the on-boarding of new customers to the Bloom marketplace.
• Supporting the customer experience team in finding resolutions to customer queries.
• Assisting the commercial and operations teams when required in support of customer delivery.
• Maintaining customer resources and materials, ensuring they remain up-to-date, relevant and, available.
• Support the continuous improvement of the customer experience through the customer journey.

About you…

To be considered for the role of Customer Experience Officer we are looking for candidates to be able to demonstrate the following skill set and qualities:

• Experience of working with, demonstrating, or supporting customers with systems.
• Previous experience working in a customer facing role.
• Demonstrable experience using and working with data.
• Previous experience managing and maintaining relationships with different stakeholders
• Proven experience working towards and meeting deadlines.
