Position

Bloom Procurement Services is currently recruiting a Customer Experience Manager to work closely with our client facing teams and customers to ensure they receive excellent customer service and support through the Bloom customer journey. Our customers are public sector organisations e.g., Met Police, DBS, various NHS bodies, local councils and more, therefore you have a real opportunity to make an impact through the work that you do.

About the role…

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer the purpose of the Customer Experience Manager is to provide an exceptional customer experience by exceeding their expectations throughout the customer journey and meeting their needs through continuous improvement.

Some accountabilities include:

  • Lead, oversee, manage, and develop the customer experience team
  • Creating customer loyalty programs that will help to increase revenue and improve client retention
  • Acting as a point of escalation where required
  • Driving and implementing continuous improvement methods within the Bloom Customer Journey
  • Playing a key role in driving and developing a maturing approach to Customer Service delivery
  • On-boarding of new customers to the Bloom marketplace ensuring that they have a positive experience from the off-set by surpassing their expectations.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Customer Experience Manager we are looking for candidates to be able to demonstrate the following skill set and qualities:

  • Previous experience of working with, demonstrating, or supporting customers with systems
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Previous experience of leading, developing, and mentoring team members
  • Stakeholder engagement and management across various levels and disciplines.
  • It would be beneficial if you have previous experience working with a public sector customer base, but this is not essential
