Client Solutions Manager

Position

About the role…

The Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for converting inbound leads into clients by contacting potential new customers and building relationships with the relevant managers inside these organisations. Some of the main responsibilities of the Client Solutions Manager include:

  • Progressing and converting inbound leads into Bloom customers.
  • Following up on allocated incoming leads generated via our marketing team.
  • Working in partnership with the New Business Executive and the Client Solutions Director when required to do so.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities for Bloom from prospect customers. (buyers and suppliers), using data to prioritise and create target prospect lists.
  • Developing a strong network across our target sectors.
  • Working with suppliers to identify opportunities for joint business development.
  • Creating stakeholder maps for target organisations.
  • Ensuring full compliance with our CRM System.

Requirements

About you…

To be considered for the role of Client Solutions Manager, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within the professional services sector using a consultative approach.
  • A solutions-focused approach to business development with the ability to translate data and insights into tailored solutions for individual customers.
  • Excellent commercial awareness, business acumen, analytical and numerate skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to engage and collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels.
