Client Engagement Director

  • Up to £57,750 + commission

  • Monday to Friday, flexible working
  • Home based
  • 25 days holiday p.a. plus bank holidays and you can also buy up to 5 days, paid back over 12 months (Pro-rata), when you reach 2 years’ service this will rise to 26 days, then 1 day with each year of service up to 5 years

We are recruiting a dynamic relationship-builder to join our team a Client Engagement Director to drive growth.


As the Client Engagement Director, you'll connect with clients, grasp their unique needs, and lead through exceptional service.

Your Role:

  • Build Strong Relationships: Be the key contact for key clients, fostering lasting relationships. Understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Drive Growth: Spot new prospects, upsell services, and expand offerings within existing accounts. Develop strategies to grow our client base through referrals, networking, and market insights.
  • Strategic Alignment: Craft tailored solutions by understanding client industries, aligning with their goals, and developing strategic account plans.
  • Collaborate and Inspire: Work closely with internal teams for seamless service delivery, enhance offerings through client insights, and contribute to new product development.


To be considered for the role Client Engagement Director we are looking for applicants to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in a senior client engagement role within a B2B sales environment.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Prioritise client needs, fostering trust-based relationships.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Master clear and concise communication, both written and verbal. Actively listen to client feedback.
  • Strategic Thinking: Bridge client objectives with organizational goals, leveraging industry trends.
  • Results-Orientated: Set clear objectives, exceed expectations, and deliver tangible value.
  • Resilience: Maintain a positive outlook, display unwavering resilience in setbacks.
