Business Management Consultant | Remote | Home-based

• Up to £63k + bonus

• Remote/Home-based – some travel to client’s site will be required

Are you a self-starting Project Manager who has the gravitas to speak with various stakeholders such as Housing Officers, Local Authority Service Directors, delivery partners such as Architects, Town Planners and Associates to deliver high quality consultancy business services? We currently have an exciting new role for a management consultant with expertise in areas such as Built Environment, Regeneration, Commercial, Leisure and Tourism to help our public sector clients with initiatives such as Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill. You will be joining a team of talented individuals working on some exciting social outcome-based projects.

About the role…

As a Business Management Consultant you will spend most of your time working and engaging with your client to understand their vision and outcomes, interrogating and asking effective questions to provide solutions to complex problems.

Some accountabilities include:

• Discovery work, research, writing and reporting that will help to develop options appraisals and business cases.
• Managing and maintaining strong relationships with your clients, working with them to achieve their desired outcomes.
• Supporting, influencing, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of your client’s corporate strategy.
• Place Making and Regeneration: Delivering New Homes and transforming Retail and Commercial Space. Land sale, direct delivery, Joint Venture and anything in between.
• Project Management
• Support to development of new bid proposals for growth.

About you…

To be considered for the role of Management Consultant we are looking for you to demonstrate the following;

• Relevant degree or equivalent
• Project management experience
• Demonstrable experience of delivering projects in the Built Environment, Regeneration, Leisure and FM sectors
• Demonstrable experience of writing successful business cases
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and building rapport
• Demonstrable experience of conducting thorough analyses of your clients needs and then delivering a successful solution to meet those needs
• Must have existing Right to Work in the UK
