Position

Bloom Procurement Services is currently looking to recruit solution focused a new Business Development Manager who will focus on developing our strategic clients. As business development manager you focus on identifying and acquiring new, high-value public sector clients, using a data driven approach. We already have a strong customer base and reputation in the market for you to build upon, with clients including NHS Digital, NHS (various trusts), DBS, City of London, Metropolitan Police, Homes England and more…so there is plenty leverage for you to build a fulfilling and successful career with us.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities for Bloom
  • Creating and developing stakeholder maps
  • Developing a strong professional network across our target sectors
  • Delivery of new business target
  • The analysis of data and the use of insights to create Account Development plans offering compelling solutions

Requirements

About you…

We are looking for new business development professionals with the following expertise:

  • Working with customers with the professional services industry, ideally public sector
  • Proven track record of successfully hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Using a solution focus approach to business development in B2B service environment
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • The use of data to create positive outcomes for both customer and Bloom.
