Position

The Sales Account Executive works within the Agent Sales Department and is responsible for building a portfolio of business within their specified region/territory and servicing those clients with effective strategic marketing ideas, outstanding customer service, and meticulous project management

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Engage prospects from existing contact list with personalized, relationship-building sales approach.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales budgets
  • Drive business development within assigned region/markets - monitor and track opportunities
  • Use consultative sales approach to evaluate target clients' goals and propose customized solutions.
  • Take ownership of accounts including project management, marketing, and creative after successful client close.
  • Implement strategies that achieve growth objectives of the company.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge of products and services.
  • Gain in-depth, practical knowledge of our marketing, services, pricing, and competitive edge.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting as required
  • Attend industry events during and after normal business hours as required.
  • Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Proven customer service skills, strong crisis management skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to make informed and analytical decisions while under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and superior organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work within a flexible schedule
  • Sheer determination and drive to excel and thrive
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by both financial and career opportunities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
  • Willingness to travel to various meetings or client sites.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Required experience: 

  • Sales experience: minimum 2 years
  • Customer Service: minimum 2 years
