Position

$40K - $45K Yearly (Based on experience and qualifications) + Paid Time Off and Benefits


Big Bus Tours is a leading global Double-decker Bus sightseeing tour company has immediate openings for an Operations Supervisor to lead the operations staff and engage with them effectively in order to efficiently run and promote Big Bus Tours.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations:

  • Collaborate with Operations Manager to execute planned activities from start to finish
  • Assist Operations Manager in all operational functions
  • Complete required daily operational reports.
  • Oversee, motivate and assist the operations team.
  • Work with Drivers to achieve operational goals
  • Ensure operations is compliant with rules and regulation
  • Create schedules for Drivers
  • Holding staff accountable for any policy violations
  • Conducting training of Drivers as needed for service improvement
  • Promote and sell tour packages and attraction products
  • Maximize Company revenue through ticket sales
  • Provide customer service including information on routes, directions and assistance choosing the best product

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE

  • Knowledge of greater Miami streets & highways
  • Knowledge of Miami attractions

SKILLS

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, professional appearance and demeanor, ability to communicate and interact professionally with staff and customers
  • Efficient in Data Reports and use of computer Excel, Outlook, Word, Acrobat.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Customer Service/ Supervisory


Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand & walk for a long period of time outside.
