With the ongoing growth of cities, tickets and operational needs across the world, Big Bus seeks a Digital Experience Executive to ensure we keep delivering the best digital experience for our customers.
The Digital Experience Executive will support the ongoing creation, maintenance and delivery of operational and product content for the Big Bus Tours website, as well as support conversion rate optimisation and new ecommerce projects.
You’ll work closely with the Operational Content Manager to implement operational changes and deliver regular service updates via the Magento CMS and other content management platforms. You’ll also support in new product and content launches on our website and App.
The other aspect of the role is to support the ongoing conversion rate optimisation programme, running A/B and MV tests, working closely with the Digital performance team to gain insights through analytics and reporting, creating and validating test hypotheses and continually looking for opportunities to improve the digital experience, both internally, eg efficient working of the CMS, and externally, ie delivering the best digital experience for our customers and conversion rates for our business.
This is an exciting role for someone who wants to work and develop in all aspects of Digital Experience delivery, from content editing through to UX/UI design and conversion rate optimisation.
