Big Bus Tours is the largest operator of open-top sightseeing tours in the world, providing sightseeing tours in 23 cities across three continents and we are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to operate a diverse fleet of state of the art buses in our Las Vegas operation.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Maximize revenue from ticket sales by discussing the customers’ needs and selling the right solution.
  • To be the face of our business to the customer on the street.
  • To explain the Big Bus product and match the right product to the customer’s needs.
  • To manage conflict with consumers and ensure it ends in a positive experience.
  • Help customers onto our buses and help with any questions.
  • Act responsibly & professionally at all times & safeguards our brand.
  • Handle cash, credit cards properly.
  • Process credit card transactions.
  • Reconcile revenue with a waybill at the end of each day.
  • Protect company assets such as issued Company property (i.e. Ventrata terminal), branded brochures, and any other marketing materials and ensure they are well maintained; Report any witnessed infractions of company policy to supervisors with urgency
  • Monitor and maintain an environment where customer and team member safety are a concern at all times and where COVID safety protocols are followed and adhered to.

Profil

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Legally able to work in the United States
  • Sales experience and competitive nature
  • Good knowledge of the City.
  • Self-sufficient.
  • Work alone and to own initiative.
  • Communication skills, written and oral.
  • Converse in local language essential.
  • Other languages are desired.

Physical Requirements:

  • 100% of the role is working outside in local weather conditions. The role is working on-street.
  • Ability to get on and off buses.
  • Walking/Standing most of the 8 hour shift
  • Operation of ticket machine and exchange of cash/credit and tickets can be done with one hand if needed
  • No lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling over 5lbs
  • No overhead lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling
