Company Description

The main responsibilities are to promote and sell tour packages. Greet customers with high levels of customer service, integrity, enthusiasm and passion.

Position

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Report on time as scheduled in required uniform, properly groomed
  • Collaborate closely with the Tour Bus Drivers and Managers to deliver the highest levels of service to our customers.
  • Maintain the safety of the customers when bus is approaching stop.
  • Report any incidents or accidents immediately per company policy
  • Promote and sell tour packages and attractions using ELMC.
  • Maximize company revenue through ticket sales
  • Accept and exchange all vouchers for valid ticket
  • Handle financial transactions rapidly and accurately in a fast paced environment.
  • Answer questions regarding tour tickets, routes and schedules.
  • Provide excellent customer service including directions, advisement on attraction, eateries, directions and general information.

Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

  • Knowledgeable of Hop on Hop off industry a plus
  • Basics Customer knowledge
  • Familiar with Chicago downtown area
  • Natural communicator
  • Positive attitude
  • Sense of humor a BIG plus
  • Basic mathematics skills required

Physical Requirements

  • Walking, standing for long periods of time.
  • Operate computerized ticketing system and standard office equipment
  • Weekend, evening and holiday hours are necessary
