The main responsibilities are to promote and sell tour packages. Greet customers with high levels of customer service, integrity, enthusiasm and passion.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Report on time as scheduled in required uniform, properly groomed
- Collaborate closely with the Tour Bus Drivers and Managers to deliver the highest levels of service to our customers.
- Maintain the safety of the customers when bus is approaching stop.
- Report any incidents or accidents immediately per company policy
- Promote and sell tour packages and attractions using ELMC.
- Maximize company revenue through ticket sales
- Accept and exchange all vouchers for valid ticket
- Handle financial transactions rapidly and accurately in a fast paced environment.
- Answer questions regarding tour tickets, routes and schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service including directions, advisement on attraction, eateries, directions and general information.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- Knowledgeable of Hop on Hop off industry a plus
- Basics Customer knowledge
- Familiar with Chicago downtown area

Physical Requirements
- Walking, standing for long periods of time.
- Operate computerized ticketing system and standard office equipment
- Weekend, evening and holiday hours are necessary
