Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will promote city exploration by selling our world-famous hop-on, hop-off city tours. You will also provide an outstanding service by being welcoming, memorable storytellers, entertaining, dedicated, and knowledgeable.


Requirements:


  • Knowledge of Vienna and Big Bus Products being sold
  • Great sales energy: ability to easily connect with people and network
  • Effective spoken communication
  • Revenue tracking and reporting
  • Must be able to interact and speak to customers and potential customers
  • Ability to realize where and how to get sales from – sales point knowledge and capability to upsell
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers

Requirements

  • Walking / Standing most of the shift
  • Operation of Ventrata machine and exchange of cash/credit and tickets
  • Sales experience and competitive nature is an advantage
  • Knowledge of German and English is a must, other languages are beneficial
